Ever confused how to add Shared Mailbox to Mobile, Since there is no direct method to do this as shared mailbox doesn’t have logon credential, But still you can workaround this by following below steps:
Step 1:
You need to add Shared Mailbox into Outlook Web Access
- Login to Outlook Web App
- Right Click on your Name as Stated in below screenshot
- Click on “Add Shared Folder”
- The add the Shared Mailbox for which you have access to
Step : 2
Now, In Mobile Outlook Web App application, Select “Folder” Icon, Since it is added using Outlook Web App, You will see the Shared Mailbox in Mobile App.
