- Login to Office365 Portal Home Page
- Click on Install (for Screenshots Click : Office Configuration)
- Save and Run the File
- Office installation Process started
- Welcome Screen – Click on Next
- Accept
- You will see Office is installing in the background message in system tray
- Office is setting up & next “You are good to go”
- Open Outlook 2013/2016 from Start Menu
- Click Next, Click on “Yes”
- Provide Username & Password details of office365 mailbox
- If no CNAME record updated, then Provide user onmicrosoft.com address
- Example : [email protected]
- For domain.com address if CNAME is updated, Directly outlook will be configured using auto discover method.
- If CNAME not updated, since we used onmicrosoft.com address it pop up for the user credential again.
- Now you need to change it to domain.com email address, Means user Primary address & password (Note : We used onmicrosoft.com address just to autodiscover server)
- Outlook configuration is completed.
