How to safelist a specific sender? – Below is an answer 🙂


As a user If it needs to whitelisted for own mailbox, Please follow the steps mentioned in below article:

As an admin to safelist for you domain level, You need to create a transport rule as follows:
Login to ECP
  1. Click mail flow -> rules
  2. Click “+” to add a new rule.
  3. Click more options in the new window.
  4. ”*Apply this rule if…” -> “The sender address includes this words…” -> “[email protected]
  5. ”*Do the following…” -> “Modify the message properties” -> “Set the spam confidence level (SCL)to“ select “Bypass spam filtering”
