As a user If it needs to whitelisted for own mailbox, Please follow the steps mentioned in below article:
As an admin to safelist for you domain level, You need to create a transport rule as follows:
- Click mail flow -> rules
- Click “+” to add a new rule.
- Click more options in the new window.
- ”*Apply this rule if…” -> “The sender address includes this words…” -> “[email protected]”
- ”*Do the following…” -> “Modify the message properties” -> “Set the spam confidence level (SCL)to“ select “Bypass spam filtering”
